Tamarind Date Chutney
100 grams tamarind..remove any seeds or unwanted parts
7 dates (remove the pits)
1/4 tsp ground cumin
7 red chilies..remove the stems
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 to 2 tbsp brown sugarMethod:
In a pot, add the tamarind, dates and cover with water, then bring it to a boil.
Once it starts to boil, turn the stove off and let it cool.
Then pour the cooled mixture into a blender and add the remaining ingredients.
Then blend into a smooth paste/chutney.
For thinner consistency, add more water.
Enjoy the chutney with your snacks.
