4 large potateos (average large not too large)..Boil and mash the potatoes.
2 cups flour

In a mixer, place the mashed potatoes, salt, ground black pepper and mix.
Then add the flour in parts, mixing well after each addition.
It will come together as a dough.
Remove the potato dough, place it on a floured surface and roll it out into a square.
Then cut the square into 4 large strips and cut the strips into triangles.
You also need oil for shallow frying.
Shallow fry the triangles until all the sides are cooked and the triangles have taken the desired colour, you can taste one to make sure they are well cooked.
Serve them as plain or with any sauces or chutneys.
