2 lbs minced meat
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ground mixed spices
1 green or red chili
In a food processor, add the coriander, spices, red chili and mix.
Then add the mixture into the minced meat along with the salt, egg, lemon juice and mix well.
Then add enough breadcrumbs to make the kababu not stick to your hand, but you also don’t want to put too much breadcrumbs as it will make the kababu dry. Knead the minced meat mixture well with your hands, then shape the kababu and then deep fry them..
Serve them with ukwaju or chutneys.
