Corn Cooked in Coconut Sauce
CORN COOKED IN COCONUT SAUCE:
Any number of corn.. cut into three parts each corn
Coconut milk enough to cover the corn
Thick coconut milk
Cook the corn in the coconut milk, along with all the other ingredients except thick coconut milk.
Once the corn is cooked and the coconut milk has reduced to the desired amount left for the sauce, add the thick coconut milk and cook for a few more minutes.
The corn is ready when there is enough liquid or sauce left and the corn itself is soft and cooked..
Note: I did not write the “amount” for each ingredients as you can use any amount you want to suit your taste, the coconut milk is simple you need it to cover the corn so it can cook be it one or ten corn.
