1 box spaghetti
2 cans tuna
2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 cup vegetable Oil
1/3 cup olive oilMethod:
Boil the spaghetti following the packets instructions but try not to overcook. Drain the spaghetti and keep aside.
In a big wok, heat the vegetable oil, then add the ginger/garlic paste, salt, ground black pepper, half of the chopped coriander, chili flakes and cook until the garlic/ginger paste starts to turn light brown colour.
Next add the tuna and continue to cook.
When the mixture has come together, add the boiled drained spaghetti to the mixture and mix all the ingredients well.
Now sprinkle the soy sauce according to your desired colour and continue to cook on high heat.
Then add the remaining half of the chopped coriander and mix.
When everything is mixed together, add the olive oil and mix well.
The tuna spaghetti is now ready to be served.
Place the tuna spaghetti on a serving plate and serve hot.
