2 mugs water
1 mug milk
Sugar to taste
8 tbsp sooji flour
Take the sooji flour and mix with water to make a medium consistency paste
Then boil the 2 cups of water, once the water comes to a boil, add the sooji/water paste mixture and stir constantly, to avoid any lumps.
Then add the milk and sugar and mix constantly.
Cook for a few minutes on medium low heat.
If you find the porridge is too thick add some more milk.
And if the porridge is thin, you can always add some more sooji/water paste mixture.
