Add all the ingredients to the meat. But add half of the onions, green chilies and coriander. Remember to add only half of the onions, green chilies and coriander. Next drain the keema when it is ready. Now add the rest of the chopped onions, diced green chilies and coriander. Mix the ingredients. The keema is ready to be used in many recipes such as samosas, meat pies, sandwiches, katlesi, mtuzi wa keema and many more.
