3 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
3 tsp butter
2 tbsp oil
3/4 cup warm milk
Mix everything together except the sesame seeds and make a soft dough.
Let the dough rise.
Once the dough has puffed up, divide the dough into 2 balls.
Take each ball and roll it flat like chapati.
Then cut one side of the flat chapati into strips but not all the way through.
Roll the side with that is not cut all the way to the strips, then neatly arrange the strips over the folded roll.
Brush the bread with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Arrange the breads in a baking sheet and let them rise again.
Once risen bake the bread at a 350 degrees oven until the bread is fully cooked.
Remove from the oven when the bread is fully cooked.
