2 lbs meat
1 tbsp crushed garlic and ginger
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste
4 tsp oil
Add the crushed ginger/garlic and salt to the meat and boil.
When the meat is tender remove from heat and keep aside.
In another pot, add the oil and start frying the onion until it’s soft then add the meat without the broth.
Keep stirring the meat, then add the black pepper.
Next add some of the broth from the meat and let cook until it almost dries up.Taste for salt.
Remove from heat.
