2lbs liver (washed and cut into pieces)
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
salt to taste
2 green chili peppers.
1 onion (diced)
Place a pot on a medium high-heat and add all the ingredients.Cook for a few minutes, then reduce the heat to medium-low.
Cover the pot and stir constantly.
When the liver is almost done, turn the heat to medium-high stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when the liver is well cooked and only a little broth is left.
