2lbs kidneys (washed and cut into pieces)
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
salt to taste
2 green chili peppers.
1 onion (diced)
1 tsp curry powder
Place a pot on a medium high heat and add all the ingredients.Cook for a few minutes, then reduce the heat to medium low.
Cover the pot and stir constantly.
When the kidney is almost done, turn the heat to medium high stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when the liver is well cooked and only a little broth is left.
