Ingredients:

Okra ( wash and cut into pieces)
Zucchini (wash and dice the zucchini)
Potatoes (washed and diced)
Green bell peppers (washed and diced)
onion (diced)
tomato (diced)
Coriander (chopped)
Salt

 

Method:

Okra ( wash and cut into pieces)
Zucchini (wash and dice the zucchini)
Potatoes (washed and diced)
Green bell peppers (washed and diced)
In a pan, add oil and heat up the oil.
Once the oil is hot, fry the above ingredients, one after the other and keep them aside.

Next you need:
onion (diced)
tomato (diced)
Coriander (chopped)
Salt
Curry powder
Add oil to a pan and fry the onion, then add the tomato and continue cooking.
Next add all the fried vegetables, followed by the curry powder and salt.
After turning off the stove add the coriander to the vegetables.
The amount of ingredients is entirely up to you.
