Ingredients:1 and a 1/2 lbs keema
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp mixed spices (ground)
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients and cook the keema until it’s well cooked and there is no water left.
Take a baking tray big enough to fit the keema and small enough to get a nice thickness on the keema after it’s cooked, add the keema to the tray.
Next you need 5 eggs (beaten).
Add the beaten eggs to the keema and gently mix the eggs into the keema.
Gently press the keema mixture down.
Garnish the top with bell pepper rings or anything you like, this is optional.
Bake at 350 degrees for at least an 1 hr.
Remove from oven and let it rest.
Cut into square while still in the pan and place the squares in a serving plate.
